Advisory Board candidates tend to be non-competing C-suite executives or consultants drawn from our corporate renewal roster. Depending upon client requirements and/or growth stage, advisory board members are compensated in a manner similar to a traditional Directorship.
This executive search service reflects a variation in the identification of talented people, as it incorporates a critical degree of objectivity relative to corporate pursuits. Our preference is but not limited to working with firms where we may have an opportunity to invest directly or leave a portion of our fee through a side-car vehicle, and where an equity event within five years is expected.
