Operating Principles
Our operating principles reflect a commitment to the highest standard for conduct and ethics as stipulated by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

We don't seek assignments for the assignment's sake. Our approach to doing business is directed towards establishing a long-term relationship with a select mix of clients, who value both our objectivity and desire to contribute to their success.

All assignments undertaken through Rutherford International are under the direction of our senior management. The Director of each specialty practice team, along with our Recruitment Associates assume responsibility to maintain contact with our clients, and to monitor client satisfaction after completion of a specific assignment. Our President, Forbes J. Rutherford  is responsible for ensuring that the full range of our firm's expertise is made available as appropriate to our clients.
