The sole purpose of this affinity group is to form professional mastermind groups composed of five to seven professionals who share a shared purpose of incubating start-ups by trading their knowledge in return for long-term incentives.
This service incorporates a critical degree of objectivity in developing structure, functional missions, positional design, and corporate objectives, including the fostering of potential merger, acquisition, and divestiture strategies.
