Employers may advertise on NEXTalent’s Job Board. However, with the understanding that the Rutherford International research and behavioural assessment team curate the results. Through our process, we apply a machine-learning algorithm to evaluate education and skills relevancy upon resume submission. Subject to review, we follow up with AI-driven behavioural analytics commonly used by the Global 2000 corporations for predicting leadership and career potential.

All candidates submitted to the employer client through the NEXTalent Job Board platform must have a Potential of Success score that places them in the top 35% of their functional cohort. Candidates who score in the top 13% of their functional cohort meet or exceed clients’ expectations by more than 92%.
