The steps of a well-conducted and thorough search begins with client briefing, organizational assessment, a written specification of the ideal candidate, targeted research and investigation, science based performance benchmarking, client presentation, offer process, on-boarding and ending with 90 day post-employment follow-ups.

Initial interviews
- Telephone conversation to determine initial suitability and interest
- Meet prospects to thoroughly assess competency, validate accomplishments and assess behavioral suitability
- Benchmark short-listed prospects to industry high-performers
Client presentation
- Arrange client interviews with short-listed candidates
- 360 Degree Reference checking (Prior to offer when possible or conditional upon references when not.)
Offer process
- Counsel on achieving a successful offer
- Present offer where possible
- Supporting candidate through the offer stage
- Advise candidate through termination of employment
On-Boarding
- Quarterly review to ensure successful integration
