Client presentation
  • Arrange client interviews with short-listed candidates
  • 360 Degree Reference checking (Prior to offer when possible or conditional upon references when not.)
Offer process
  • Counsel on achieving a successful offer
  • Present offer where possible
  • Supporting candidate through the offer stage
  • Advise candidate through termination of employment
  • Quarterly review to ensure successful integration
